In accordance with EXECUTIVE ORDER 2020-07 issued by Governor Pritzker, this meeting will be conducted via remote participation and the

new region 3 COVID-19 Resurgence Mitigations does allow us to social distance and to limit the number of people in a room.  There are 20 seats in the county board room and 22 in courtroom C. These meetings will continue to be done by freeconferencecall.com as well. Seats are given preference to members and requested quests.

    • Adopt Public Transportation Ordinance 2021CB002 with Shelby County and the Intergovernmental Agreement between Shelby, Fayette, Clay, Moultrie, Montgomery and Christian counties authorizing provision of public transportation within the County limits. Nathan Nichols will present.
    • Adopt Ordinance 2021 AC 001 to formally amend the current Animal Control Ordinance 2006 AC 001 which language was approved at the January County Board meeting.
    • Approve to extend the Emergency Declaration Proclamation through March 16th, 2021—P2021 CB 002

      4. Approve renewal of Liquor Licenses in unincorporated areas of the County.
      5. Adopt resolution “Urging Governor Pritzker to veto House Bill 3563 Regarding Criminal Justice Reform. R2021 CB 001
