2022 Farmland Assessment Review Committee Meeting for 2023 Values

This meeting is for the 2023 IDOR certified values for farmland.

The annual Farmland Assessment review committee meeting is scheduled for June 17th, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. in the county board room on the second floor of the Christian Count Courthouse located at 101 S. Main Street in Taylorville, Illinois.

The Public Hearing Notice can be found HERE and is also posted in the courthouse on the 1st floor bulletin board and the bulletin board outside of the County Board room on the 2nd floor.  The 2023 certified values as released by the State of Illinois Department of Revenue can be found HERE.

2022 FARMLAND ASSESSMENT NOTICE: Public Act 98-0109 limits the annual per acre change in certified EAV for each Productivity Index to 10% of the previous year’s certified value of the median PI 111. The Farmland Assessment Technical Advisory Board has increased the certified values for PI’s 82 thru 130 by $42.61 for the 2022 assessment year.
