Will be conducting a Public Hearing that will be held on

In the County Board Meeting Room, Second floor of the Christian County Courthouse, Taylorville Illinois
In accordance with Public Act 101-0640, amending Section 7(e) of the Illinois Open Meetings Act, this public hearing will cover new amendments to the Christian County Zoning Code Fee schedules on the above date and time, and will be conducted via both in person (up to 19 people) and thru remote application

The Christian County Zoning Board of appeals will hold a Hearing to approve or disapprove 1.) Hear request to rezone and also hear a variance request. The zoning request to change from R-1 to C-1 and the variance to install an 8 foot high fence for and on parcel number 17-13-33-204-001-03 lots 10 thru 13 of Cardinal Ave Taylorville IL.
2.) Text amendments TX21-1 Brought forth from the drainage districts and TX21-2 brought forth by the Zoning Administrators. Both of which are dealing with Appendix B Ordinance #02017ZN012 Ordinance for Solar Energy.
3.) Text amendments TX21-3 Brought forth from the Zoning Administrators deals with 1-6-31 Wind /Solar individual energy generation.
4.) Lastly to add the Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance number 02011 CB 003 as Appendix D to the Christian County Zoning Ordinance Code
