In accordance with Public Act 101-0640, amending Section 7(e) of the Illinois Open Meetings Act, this public hearing will cover new amendments to the Christian County Zoning Code Tx20-7 on the above date and time, and will be conducted via remote application

The Christian County Zoning Board of appeals will hold a Hearing to approve or disapprove a variance and listen to text amendments TX20-10 and TX20-11
The Variance to split a 4.4 acer Parcel with a Home site at 1501 W MainCross Taylorville, IL 62568 Parcel # 17-13-28-202-011-00. Larry H. Bilyeu is seeking a split of 1.4 acers with the home site leaving 3 acers as a separate parcel.
The Christian County Zoning Board of Appeals Also will hear Text amendments Tx20-10 and Tx20-11
Tx20-10 was bought forth from the Drainage district #3 & #1 to Strengthened the WECS Ordinance
Tx20-11 was bought forth from the Christian County Zoning Administrator including an amendment page, adding to 1-2-2 Selected Definitions, adding to 1-6-23 Home Occupations, adding to 1-6-28 Agricultural Activities adding to 1-6-31 Personal wind , and moving the Christian County Inoperable Motor Vehicle ordinance O20012NO26 into the County Code as Appendix C

Then add Christian County Inoperable Motor Vehicle Ordinance # O200112NO26 as Appendix C.
