| PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons that the City of Taylorville, City of Pana, City of Assumption and County of Christian, Illinois will hold a joint public hearing on March 30, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at the Christian County Courthouse, located at 101 South Main Street, in the City of Taylorville, Illinois, to consider whether to extend the territory of the Taylorville-Christian County Enterprise Zone to include territory located in unincorporated South Fork Township pursuant to 20 ILCS 655/1 et seq. The public is invited to attend and be heard. Information on the location of the proposed extension of the territory of the Enterprise Zone as well as an economic development project which might benefit from the extension will be presented. During the public hearing, all interested persons will be given an opportunity to present both written and/or verbal comments and testimony regarding the proposed extension of the Taylorville-Christian County Enterprise Zone.
