Tuesday, August 18, 2020– 6:30 p.m.

 

In accordance with EXECUTIVE ORDER 2020-07 issued by Governor Pritzker, this meeting will be conducted via remote participation and Phase 4 does allow us to social distance and to have more people in a room. However, none of the rooms at the courthouse can accommodate the standard with social distancing. This meeting will be in courtroom C. These meetings will continue to be done by freeconferencecall.com with available seating reserved for the county board members.

  2. Discuss courthouse and jail repairs and updates: Courthouse boiler, fountain project and other updates.

Executive/Personnel/Liquor/Legislative—8/10/2020

  1. Continue discussion on listing appointed boards and their membership on county website.
  2. Approve holiday schedule for 2021.
  3. Discuss and approve hold harmless agreement with Montgomery County for ESDA Director and property.
  4. Accept final Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) report.
  5. Personnel issues and/or personnel/other county policies/procedures, personnel or labor updates or any other matters or referrals that properly come before the committee and/or questions from the public and/or executive session for any personnel issue.

  1. Approve claims as presented for August.
  2. Budget hearing continues: Health Department, Judicial, Senior Citizens, U of I Extension, Raymond-Harvel Ambulance and CC Mental Health.
  3. Approve attorney fees to complete ZBA WECS hearing and final advisory report.
  4. Updates or proposals for Board room electronics and/or Clerk/Treasurer software programs.
  5. Accept bid from delinquent tax property in Pana Township:11-25-22-223-002-00.
  6. Public comments.
