The Finance Committee meeting will be held on

Thursday, June 13, 2019

at 6:30 pm

in the County Board Meeting Room, second floor of the

Christian County Courthouse, Taylorville, Illinois.

The purpose of this meeting is for discussions and/or motions to approve/adopt and /or deny and/or table and/or amend and/or refer to an appropriate Committee in whole or in part the following:

  1. Approve June claims as presented.
  2. Adopt ordinance O2019 CB 004 to amend the Taylorville-Christian County Enterprise Zone to include the City of Assumption within the current zone.
  3. Approve the Taylorville-Christian County Enterprise Zone Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement to include the City of Assumption into the T/CC Enterprise Zone.
  4. Approve the purchase from contingency for new computer for the Chairman’s office.
  5. Set dates for budget hearings and any budget directives.
  6. Referrals from any other committee, any other matters that are properly brought before the Committee and/or questions from the public.
