The Finance Committee meeting will be held on
Wednesday, October 13, 2021
at 6:00 pm
PLEASE NOTE TIME CHANGE
in the County Board Meeting Room, second floor of the
Christian County Courthouse, Taylorville, Illinois.
The purpose of this meeting is for discussions and/or motions to approve/adopt and /or deny and/or table and/or amend and/or refer to an appropriate Committee in whole or in part the following:
- Approve claims as presented for October
- Public Comments
- CTI annual contract
- Survey Records
- ARPA Funding
- Referrals from other committees
- Closed Session pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2 (c) (1) to discuss appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees and all subject matters relating thereto and to include the following persons to be present during all or part of such executive session namely, Chairman of the Board, Finance Committee members, all other Board members, County Treasurer, County Board’s Administrative Assistant and such other person or persons as the Finance Committee Chairperson may decide during this meeting and/or during such executive session.
- Finalize Budgets and salaries of non-bargaining personnel
- Any other matters that are properly brought before this committee
