  3. Approve minutes from the regular County Board meeting of the May 19, 2020; the special meeting on May 19, 2020 as printed with any corrections or amendments to them.
  4. Present in writing petitions, resolutions/or ordinances, proclamations: Ordinance2020ZN006: Approve variance to build a garage one foot from the property line at 1127 West Coal Street, Taylorville, IL.

Executive/Personnel/Liquor/Legislative—6/8/2020

  1. Establish committee monthly meeting day.
  2. Adopt resolution regarding a non-binding public question on the November 3, ballot regarding the possibility of the formation of a new state.
  3. Discuss the different cannabis business establishments: to refer and proceed with zoning or to deny any such establishments.
  4. Personnel issues and/or personnel/other county policies/procedures, personnel or labor updates or any other matters or referrals that properly come before the committee and/or questions from the public and/or executive session for any personnel issue.    Audit/Finance/Purchasing/Budget—6/11/2020
  1. Approve claims as presented for June.
  2. Approve resolution as trustee accept bid for deed of conveyance in Pana Township: 11-25-22-305-018-00.
  3. Approve resolution as trustee accept bid for deed of conveyance in Locust Township:07-19-16-408-006-00
  4. Request to extend Kevin Schott as the ESDA Deputy Director on a month to month basis.
  5. Continue discussion and approve payment on Probation GPS expenses.
  6. Request for County to front expenses until reimbursed for the Adult Redeploy Illinois Grant Program (Problem Solving Court).
  7. Discuss budget meeting dates [August] and suggestions to department heads.
  8. Referrals from any other committee, any other matters that are properly brought before the Committee and/or questions from the public.

  • Mileage and Per Diem Report:
  1. Re-Appointments/terms: Roger Clymer for a 3-year term –2023 as a Nokomis Area Fire Protection District Trustee.
  2. Adjourn meeting until Tuesday, July 21, 2020 for the regular meeting.
