Executive/Personnel/Liquor/Legislative—12/11/2019
- Rescind original and adopt revised County Cannabis Retailers’ Occupation Tax Ordinance.
- Adopt resolution to abolish the Office of Jury Commissioner.
- Approve Proclamation to recognize Christian County School Week.
- Approve motion to retain legal counsel for WECS ordinance.
- Personnel issues and/or personnel/other county policies/procedures, personnel or labor updates or any other matters or referrals that properly come before the committee and/or questions from the public and/or executive session for any personnel issue. Audit/Finance/Purchasing/Budget—12/12/2019

- NEW BUSINESS/OTHER:
- Motion to repeal Public Safety Tax Resolution R2019 CB 012 for the public safety tax to be placed on the General Primary Election ballot on March 17, 2020.
- Motion to place the Public Safety Tax on the April 6, 2021 Consolidation Election to pay for public safety purposes, and to be authorized to impose an increase on local sales taxes by 1.00%.
