The Audit, Finance and Purchasing Committee meeting will be held on

at 6:30 pm

in the County Board Meeting Room, second floor of the

Christian County Courthouse, Taylorville, Illinois.

The purpose of this meeting is for discussions and/or motions to approve/adopt and /or deny and/or table and/or amend and/or refer to an appropriate Committee in whole or in part the following:

  1. Call Meeting to Order
  2. Pledge of Allegiance
  3. Approve claims as presented for July 2023
  4. Public Comments
  5. Annual Audit Presentation
  6. Child Advocacy Center Agreement Related Costs
  7. Review of Policy/Requirements for Use of the Court House Lawn
  8. Referrals from other committees
  9. Any other matters that are properly brought before this committee for future consideration.
