The Audit, Finance and Purchasing Committee meeting will be held on

Wednesday, June 14, 2022

at 6:30 pm

in the County Board Meeting Room, second floor of the

Christian County Courthouse, Taylorville, Illinois.

The purpose of this meeting is for discussions and/or motions to approve/adopt and /or deny and/or table and/or amend and/or refer to an appropriate Committee in whole or in part the following:

 

  1. Call Meeting to Order
  2. Pledge of Allegiance
  3. Approve claims as presented for June 2023
  4. Public Comments
  5. VCVA Grant (this is a grant the county applies for reference some salary reimbursement for the Victim Advocate)
  6. 2022 WC Audit
  7. FY 2024 Budget Hearings and Date(s) to be Set
  8. Referrals from other committees
  9. Any other matters that are properly brought before this committee for future consideration.
