The Audit, Finance and Purchasing Committee meeting will be held on

Wednesday, November 15, 2023

at 5:30 pm

in the County Board Meeting Room, second floor of the

Christian County Courthouse, Taylorville, Illinois.

 

The purpose of this meeting is for discussions and/or motions to approve/adopt and /or deny and/or table and/or amend and/or refer to an appropriate Committee in whole or in part the following:

 

  1. Call Meeting to Order
  2. Pledge of Allegiance
  3. Approve claims as presented for November 2023
  4. Public Comments
  5. Insurance Renewals
    1. Property, Liability, Auto, Unemployment
    2. Worker’s Compensation
  6. CTI Contract
  7. Circuit Court Judge Budget, Sheriff’s Department Budget including salaries, and States Attorney’s Office Budget
    1. Christian County’s Sheriff’s App
  8. Review and Set Salary Local Solid Waste Director and Zoning Director
  9. Motion for Recommendation of the FY24 Budget
  10. Tax Levy Ordinance
  11. Referrals from other committees
  12. Any other matters that are properly brought before this committee for future consideration.
