The Audit, Finance and Purchasing Committee meeting will be held on

Wednesday, October 12, 2022

at 5:30 pm

in the County Board Meeting Room, second floor of the

Christian County Courthouse, Taylorville, Illinois.

The purpose of this meeting is for discussions and/or motions to approve/adopt and /or deny and/or table and/or amend and/or refer to an appropriate Committee in whole or in part the following:

1. Approve claims as presented for October 2022
2. Public Comments
3. Energy Solutions Proposal – Sheriff’s Office
4. Revisit Presented Budgets
   1. Solid Waste Management
   2. Zoning
5. Closed Session pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2 (c) (1) to discuss appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body or legal counsel for the public body, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee of the public body or against legal counsel for the public body to determine its validity and all subject matters relating thereto.
6. Budget Hearings
7. Non Bargaining Ordinance
8. Referrals from other committees
9. Any other matters that are properly brought before this committee
